SAFIWAYS HEALTHCARE established and registered with Kenya medical practitioners and Dentist Board in 2018. It is licensed as a private medical institution operating as a level two. The facility’s vision is to offer Safe, reliable quality care for every patient everyday even as it seeks to provide both curative and preventive healthcare services. The core values are teamwork, integrity, collaboration excellence and compassion. It offers outpatient services, MCH services, hypertension and diabetic clinics, dental clinic optical services, minor surgeries, laboratory services, and child welfare clinics, ultrasound services, nutritional counseling among others. Means of creating awareness include signage, posters, medical camps, social media and field visits.

Health Service Provision
The outpatient consultations are done by clinical officers 24hrs
We have also established a frame work to have special clinics to run by General practitioner, gynecologist, dentist and optometrists, pediatrician to be run on scheduled bookings beginning June year 2022.
We offer Dental services, MCH services, nutritional counselling and imaging among other servicers. We also provide diagnostic services involving biochemistry, hematology Microscopy and rapid tests,

LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE:
The facility has an elaborate leadership and governance structure beginning with the officer in charge who reports to manager health programs who reports Missions director who reports to organization CEO.

HEALTH FINANCING:
Healthcare services are paid through SHA, out of pocket and sponsorship for children on Missions of Hope programs.

HUMAN RESOURCE FOR HEALTH/ HEALTH WORK FORCE:
The facility is run from day to day by Health systems Manager, clinical officers, nurses COHO, pharmaceutical records officer, Nutritionist, Laboratory technologists, facility admin, and CHVs the entire health workforce is about sixteen personnel.

HEALTH RECORDS:
The facility records are run through a Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Reports and health information generated is shared to Nairobi County and organization.

MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND VACCINES:
The facility stocks essential drugs as listed by ministry of health which are procured from private suppliers and vaccines from the County through Ruaraka subcounty.
